Data will be stored on my local computer, and on third-party servers that enable this service to be provided. Data stored locally is protected by a screensaver password. SSL encryption is not provided. In accordance with item 7 below no liability is accepted for any disclosure caused by unauthorised access to your data.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and that all other provisions in these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect notwhithstanding the outcome of such decision.
